What we do
Seeking feedback on strategies, operational policies, programmes and plans can be time consuming. Our service provides you with instant feedback from equality experts.
We report on any differential impacts your policies might have on employees, service users and citizens by scrutinising your equality impact assessments.
We also provide training workshops on how to conduct equality impact assessments and advise on how to carry out involvement activities.
Previous clients have included the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, the Forestry Commission Wales, and the Arts Council of Wales.
