Opportunities to be involved 

In addition to our own events, we also share information on events, consultations and opportunities to be involved with other organisations and individuals.

Please note that we can only offer expenses and replacement care costs for Diverse Cymru events.

Face-to-face Have Your Say event

We are running a Have Your Say event to get your experiences, views, and solutions. These events are open to all people who experience inequality and disadvantage in Wales and third sector organisations and community groups representing or working with people who experience inequality.

This event is being held both on Zoom and face-to-face.

We will cover the same questions and you will have the same opportunity to take part and have your voice heard, whether you take part online or face-to-face.

When:       Monday 27 September

                   Starts at 1:30 pm. Ends at 3:30 pm

Zoom Have Your Say event online

When:       Thursday 30th September

                   Starts at 2 pm. Ends at 4 pm

Where:      Online on zoom

Zoom works better if you have a computer with internet access and a microphone. You do not need a Zoom account. You can also call into a Zoom engagement event using a telephone if you do not have a computer with internet access.

What is this Have Your Say event?

This event is your chance to have your say on:

  • Your good experiences of transport in Wales
  • Your bad experiences of transport in Wales
  • Your ideas and solutions to make transport more accessible and inclusive for you and people who experience inequality and disadvantage in Wales.

By transport we mean:

  • Busses
  • Trains
  • Coaches
  • Walking
  • Cycling
  • Taxis and private hire vehicles
  • Transport
