As part of our BME Mental Health Online/Telephone Support project, our coordinator Tubasum Munawar will be putting on an activity – ‘Dance Mindfulness’ – based on Bollywood dancing but incorporating mindfulness through dance movements.
This will be a very light activity, but would require space as there will be physical movements. You will need a device to call into the activity.
This will be run on Friday 29th, from 4:30-5:30PM, on Zoom.
